Welcome to KAFO Cold Brew Coffees! By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. These terms govern the sale of our cold brew coffee and related products and your use of our website.
1. Orders and Payment
- Order Acceptance: By placing an order with us, you confirm that all information provided (such as delivery address and payment details) is accurate. KAFO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
- Payment: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. By submitting your order, you agree to pay the full amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
2. Shipping and Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on stock availability.
- Shipping: We ship our cold brew coffee to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times vary depending on location. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- Perishable Item: KAFO Cold Brew Coffee is a perishable product. We take extra care in packaging to ensure it arrives fresh, but delivery times must be adhered to for product quality. We do not recommend shipping to locations with extended transit times that may compromise freshness.
3. Return and Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of KAFO Cold Brew Coffee, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products once shipped, unless there is an issue with the quality or condition of the product upon arrival.
Returns or Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the damage for us to process a return or refund.
- Incorrect Orders: If we mistakenly send you the wrong product, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can correct it at no additional cost to you.
Please note: Since KAFO Cold Brew Coffee is a perishable item, we cannot accept returns based on a change of mind or dissatisfaction with taste once the product has been shipped.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 8 hours of purchase, provided the product has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at admin@kafo.co.in. After the 10-hour window, we are unable to cancel your order due to the perishable nature of the product.
6. Liability
KAFO Cold Brew Coffees is not responsible for any damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party shipping services. While we strive to ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition, we cannot guarantee the freshness of the product if it is delayed in transit due to circumstances outside of our control.
